How do the fundraisers work?
When you purchase any of the products on your team's custom fundraising page, a portion of the proceeds goes directly to the organization. It’s an easy and meaningful way to contribute!
How do I get back to my custom fundraising page.
You can find your teams page by clicking the TEAM FUNDRAISER PAGES in the main menu.
When will I receive the items I order?
Items are printed and shipped within 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking numberv via email once your order ships.
What happens if my mug arrives damaged or broken?
We want you to love your purchase! If your mug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ez@ezcustomerfundraisers.com, and we’ll send you a replacement.
Do you offer refunds?
Since this is a fundraiser, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we’ll make it right.
How long will the fundraiser run?
Fundraisers run for a limited time. Check your team's custom page for the end date. Make sure to place your order before it closes!
